Your responsibilities

- Tell us promptly about any IRS or state notice related to a return we prepared.
SMS / text messaging terms
- Program: Ascend Tax Solutions account and service notifications, including document requests, appointment reminders, return status updates, and deadline reminders. If you separately opt in, you may also receive promotional messages about our tax services.
- Opt-in: You must be 18 or older to opt in. You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our website or intake form and providing your mobile number. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Frequency: Message frequency varies.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts.
